What happens when you master meditation?
This article explains "awakening", a state of complete inner peace you can experience through our meditation technique.
What Is Awakening?
By consistently practicing our meditation technique, you may experience the following, sometimes within an hour:
- A moment may arrive during meditation when your mental state undergoes a profound transformation.
- Everything seems to pass by like scenery outside a train window, and you become an impartial observer, simply watching without attachment.
- You can observe the changes in your own mind with complete neutrality, as if gazing at a distant landscape.
- By becoming a neutral observer, you free yourself from all negative emotions, achieving complete inner peace.
- You can maximize the benefits of meditation.
We call this state awakening.
What Is NOT Awakening?
During meditation, you may sometimes experience the following phenomena:
- Pleasure or happiness
- Euphoric excitement
- Seeing white light even with your eyes closed
These are common experiences during meditation and are different from awakening.
After Reaching Awakening
Once you reach awakening, you can enter this state anytime you want.
As a result, you no longer need to set aside dedicated meditation time each day.
Meditating whenever you feel the need will be sufficient.
Moreover, you will no longer need to sit down for meditation — you can meditate while lying down, walking, or in any other situation.
