What Is Super-Awareness?

By practicing our meditation technique for 10 to 20 minutes daily, you may notice significant improvements in your mental state within a few months, or sometimes even within a day.
We call this state super-awareness.

Characteristics of Super-Awareness

Super-awareness has the following characteristics:

  • Your perception of the world changes dramatically in a short time.
  • You can recognize and understand the world from a higher perspective.
  • You can maximize the benefits of meditation.

Note: During meditation, you may occasionally see a white light even with your eyes closed.
This is a common experience and shouldn't be confused with achieving super-awareness.

After Reaching Super-Awareness

Once you achieve super-awareness, you will be able to enter this state anytime.
This means you no longer need to set aside dedicated time for meditation each day.
